Deleting Your Mootverse Account

Dear Valued Mootverse User,

We understand that preferences change, and sometimes it's necessary to part ways. If you wish to delete your Mootverse account and associated data directly from the mobile app, here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Access Account Settings

• Open the Mootverse mobile app on your device.
• Navigate to your profile or account settings. This is usually represented by your profile picture or icon in the app's interface.

Step 2: Initiate Account Deletion

• Within your account settings, look for the option labeled "Delete Account" or "Close Account."
• Tap on this option to initiate the account deletion process.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

• You may be asked to confirm your decision to delete your account.
• Follow the prompts to confirm, and provide any additional information if required.

Step 4: Review Data Deletion Details

• Once you confirm, your account deletion request will be processed.
• You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your account and associated data will be deleted.

Types of Data Deleted

• User profile information
• User-generated content (articles, comments, etc.)
• Any other personal data collected during app usage

Note: Please be aware that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any data shared publicly on Mootverse prior to deletion may still be accessible to other users.
